The greatest day that turned into a nightmare!

On what I almost called the greatest day of my life a disaster hit. It was the school holidays

and I was going to my friends house to play.

As I was getting my bike out I saw my dog Tittan  standing by the backdoor, his head side ways, breathing on the glass, I saw that he was not eating his breakfast. So I picked up his favorite  ball and threw it. He did not go and get it , that was weird , he is always first in line to get his food pushing and shoving to gobble it up. and he always runs as fast as he can to get he ball and when he comes back he trounces on me and licks me till I giggle. But this time he just stood there with a sad look in his eyes , maybe he was just tired or cold I thought  to myself. I gave him a big hug and kiss on the head and took off. as I rode away I looked back I saw him fade behind the trees.

When I got to Mariah’s house we played for hours, in the house out of the house. we played until it was time for me to go home. Now I could have called this the greatest day of my life but this is when the trouble happens.

I got home and saw my sister and mum in  the car I was so confused, I slowly put my bike away and that was  when  I saw my Dad putting Tittan  in the boot of the car. I hoped in to the car and that was when I realized  we were  going to the vet for Tittan’s  yearly appointment  when we got to the vet my dad took Tittan  inside then we all went inside too the vet examined  Tittan  he took  a long thin needle and he drew out a sample of blood , he said to us,’’ This is your problem he has a type of stomach cancer’’ I didn’t understand what this meant . I looked at mum tears were starting to fall from her eyes. I froze , suddenly I new this was it for Tittan I did not move I was still frozen I felt a shivering feeling the one you get when you think of something horrible. I felt like I was frozen solid. An explosion of tears came from my eyes I felt so emotional , so sensitive.  Before  I walked  out of the room I gave Tittan a big, big hug I whispered  to him you will always be with me goodbye Tittan.

!The Perfect Holiday!

On Thursday afternoon I was thrilled, why?because my mum and dad had just told me that we were going to Paihia so I rapidly got dressed and we were about to go then someone called. i had to answer it. i was really annoyed,i just wanted to leave for our holiday. after talking for what seemed like 1 hour ,I finally was able to scurry into my car and we were on our way. after a few hours of being in the car i was beginning to think we would never get there. I asked my dad‘’ where are we?’’ and he replied’’ we are in Whangarei’’ i was so excited that i felt like my head was about to explode. ”AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!” I screamed with agitation. we finally got to Paihia and i was overwhelmed to see my resort,we had a amazing view of the whole beach. As soon as my dad got the key i hurried him up,i said ‘’GO GO GO!’’

We got into the room and it was like i was about to faint,it was really flash. I quickly sprinted to the bedrooms then i went to the living room,it was huge, we were really high up and i could see from the balcony all of Paihia. A few minutes later something went ‘‘ehhhhh’’ i went outside and saw a bout leaving. I asked my mum if we could go on the boat and she said “ok” so the next day we went on the boat.

When we were on the boat we saw Dolphins jumping up and down, side to side and one of them jumped under our boat. We thought it was dead but two minutes later it popped out again. it was amazing,I had never before seen anything like it. We came back from our cruise and left to have dinner. I forced my mum and dad to have Pizza for dinner and we did. So the next day I was crying tears like a baby because it was time to go home. My family and I had an incredible time and I would like to go back sometime.

Waikaraka park

Waikaraka Park is fantastic and amazing it was so much fun. We went during the school holidays.

When we got there the racing had just started and so had the splattering rain, but after a while it stopped.

When it was about 8:30 there was a very big fight. Next to us one of my friend he was about 7 years old. He got hit in the eye with a camera tripod. It all started with a girl, she walked over to a group of people to say something, then they started to kick a man who was with her, the man that got kick was a Dad his little girl was crying her eyes out. After a while the fight had stopped, I was relived the drama was over.

Waikaraka park closes at 11:00, by about 9:00 we were watching some more races, in one of the races we had a friend who was racing, his name was Cory, I went down to cheer him on and I got splattered with mud, it was so embarrassing then Cory got black flagged he did know why and was really confused. He walked him and trace his wife into the middle of the track, and his wife trace was in a black car on its way to the track. When the car was by Cory trace hoop out, she was wearing her wedding dress. They said their vows again and were re-marred right in the middle of the track. Cory know nothing about this. My Mum was in the middle of the track as well she was hilarious ,she was wowing and jumping up and down. My best bart of the show was when it was the time when they got to smash their cars up,it was so fascinating.
